FaceTite combines radiofrequency technology with liposuction to simultaneously melt fat and lift sagging facial tissues. This is a form of technology called radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL). During the FaceTite procedure, a small incision will be made to insert the FaceTite probe beneath the skin. This probe is equipped with RF technology that generates heat to stimulate tissue regeneration and collagen growth while melting unwanted fat cells. These fat cells are removed through a separate tube called a cannula.
FaceTite can be used to rejuvenate almost any area of the face, including the chin, cheeks, mouth, eyes, and neck. This is a minimally invasive procedure performed under local anesthesia so you will not feel any pain. The FaceTite device is also equipped with advanced safety mechanisms to precisely tighten loose skin and prevent skin injury to the surrounding tissues.
The best candidates for FaceTite are in overall good health with mild to moderate skin laxity (sagging skin). One of the benefits of FaceTite is its minimal recovery time. Patients may want to take a few days off work since there will be some swelling and moderate discomfort in the treatment area for the first 3-5 days. Patients will be given a compression garment to minimize swelling and it is also recommended to avoid direct sun exposure and strenuous activity for 1-2 weeks.
Patients can immediately see smoother skin but the full effects of your FaceTite treatment can take a few months to be noticeable. This is because collagen growth takes time and the skin will gradually tighten and firm as those new collagen fibers develop.
