As an Amavi Ambassador, you will earn Amavi Credits for every referral that books a procedure. Use these towards your favorite treatments or top-tier skincare essentials. You will also become eligible to receive an annual Exclusive Amavi Ambassador Beauty Package curated with the latest innovations in skin health and rejuvenation offered by Amavi. Your referral will have their consultation fee waived.

Welcome to the Amavi Ambassador Program. By participating in the program, ambassadors agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
To be eligible for the Ambassador Program, participants must be existing patients of the practice with a history of at least one procedural service. Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in Colorado.
As an Amavi Ambassador, you will earn a referral credit for each new patient you refer who completes a qualifying procedure. Referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be used for services or products offered by the practice.
The introductory New Year welcome incentive is valid for referrals made during the month of January 2024 only. Credits will be applied to your account after the referred new patient has undergone their scheduled procedure.
Referral credits can be redeemed for non-surgical treatments, skincare products, or other specified services. The practice reserves the right to restrict the use of credits for certain services or products.
Referrals must indicate the name of the Amavi Ambassador at the time of their consultation for the Ambassador to receive credit. The practice will track referrals and credits through its internal systems.
Tiered credit amounts will reset annually.
Qualifying Amavi Ambassadors will receive an annual beauty package, which includes a selection of skincare products and services. The contents of the beauty package are subject to change without notice and are based on availability.
The practice will maintain the confidentiality of the Ambassadors’ and referred patients’ personal and medical information as per applicable privacy laws and regulations.
The practice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time without prior notice.
Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to regulations regarding medical referral programs.
Family members of practice staff, already existing patients, or self-referrals are not eligible for the referral program.
The practice is not responsible for lost or stolen referral credits and is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from participating in the Ambassador Program.
